Fully Certified Goal:
Fully certified Accounting team members should be Power Certified and consistently demonstrate confidence, accuracy, and strong communication in every customer interaction. They should effectively navigate account conversations, collect payments, overcome objections, identify additional opportunities to serve, and consistently WIN more moments with customers.

At this stage, coaching becomes more autonomous. Look for new and creative ways to continually challenge and engage Accounting team members, strengthen their communication skills, and help them develop a lifelong love for coaching. Thus, there are no lesson plans. :)
